Our solution
Our QPRES APIs let you preserve the long-term verifiability of QES-signed documents through a qualified signature preservation process based on signature augmentation without storage.
The service receives a signed document, verifies whether it can be preserved, applies the required preservation evidence policy, and returns an augmented Preservation Object (PO). The returned PO implements the evidence needed for long-term validation and must be stored by your application.
QPRES is aligned with ETSI TS 119 511 & 512 and is designed for long-term scenarios such as signed contracts, digital archives, and business records that must remain verifiable over time.
Main features
Preserve CAdES, XAdES and PAdES signed documents through signature augmentation
Discover available preservation profiles and capabilities with RetrieveInfo
Submit signed documents and receive the augmented PO with PreservePO
Receive the next augmentation window, to understand when future preservation actions should be planned
No document or evidence storage on QPRES side: the returned PO implements the preservation evidence itself
OAuth2 Client Credentials authentication for secure API access
Benefits for your application
Long-term verifiability
keep signed documents technically verifiable even as certificates, keys and cryptographic algorithms age
Standards-based preservation
implements the standard protocol defined in ETSI TS 119 512
Simple integration
call the APIs from your existing archive, DMS or business application without changing your storage architecture
Clear lifecycle control
store the augmented PO in your own environment and plan future augmentations using the next augmentation window
No external evidence repository dependency
the returned PO is the authoritative preserved document, with preservation evidence embedded
